Hold on? Nah, Let go;)

This is for everyone who feels compelled to keep clinging to a thing that life asks them to let go of.

I want you to try something, breathe in, do it no, breathe in...hold on...5...4...3...2...1...hold on, hold on, and breathe out. Hahh, such a relief no?

Letting go is easier than holding on. Did you just feel that? It takes effort to hold on to someone, a situation, or something. So why not let it go? I heard it somewhere, whatever is yours will always be yours. So if you are passionate about something or maybe someone, set it free. It belongs to you if it comes back. If not, know that it was never meant for you. Trust me, it's not something ideological, but it's actually true.

Today was miserable because this circumstance, person, or job did not turn out the way I wanted it to. Then what? The next one will be better. How do I know this? Because I believe that everything has a meaning. I am familiar with the sense of restrained frustration that comes from clinging to something against its will. You've been trained to cling to your emotions, sentiments, and desires, despite the anguish caused by the ropes biting into your skin. But, in my opinion, you should just let them go and start embracing things, situations, or people as they are. It doesn't imply that you should give up attempting to make things better; you should always give your best effort. However, letting go after giving it your best effort can liberate you from needless expectations, fear of loss, and other negative emotions.

They'll say that letting go is not as easy at all, but trust me, you just tried it a few minutes ago. Yes, it is as easy as breathing out. You just need to accept, that's it. Just keep in mind that letting go and moving on are two distinct concepts. Moving on can be challenging because you are suppressing your sentiments and emotions rather than recognising and embracing them. But on the other hand, once you let go, you accept the reality and start growing emotionally. It makes room for new beginnings by freeing you from what happened yesterday and allowing whole new opportunities to open up today. So breathe in, smile a little and let it go...!
